Youth Volunteering
At FAECI, we firmly believe in the transformative power of youth in our community. Our youth volunteer program offers young people ages 13 to 17 the opportunity to incorporate fundamental values into their daily lives and become active, caring citizens in their community.
Some ways to help
1. Critical Thinking club
At FAECI, we believe in the power of critical thinking to drive positive change in the community. Our critical thinking groups are a space where young volunteers can participate in meaningful discussions about topics relevant to today's society.
2. Outdoor Activities
Organize events, cleaning days, or ecological activities to promote teamwork and environmental awareness in our facilities.
3. Community Events:
Help in the organization of local events, fairs or festivals that promote culture and social inclusion.
4. Awareness Campaigns:
Help spread our activities and projects. You will create attractive content, manage our social networks and work on communication strategies to reach more people.
Student volunteering
It is an opportunity for high school and college students to contribute to their community and develop their skills and work experience. FAECI offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for students, including:
- Administrative support: Volunteers can help with tasks such as filing documents, organizing events, and preparing materials. Project support: Volunteers can help with tasks such as collecting data, research, and attending events. Community support: Volunteers can help with tasks such as participating in community events and mentoring youth.
Requirements for student volunteering vary depending on age and education level. High school students must be at least 16 years old and approved by their school or educational center. College students must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in a university.
Student volunteering is a rewarding experience that can help students grow as individuals and contribute to their community. If you are a student, consider joining FAECI volunteering!
Secondary students
Volunteer training and punctual participation! (15 to 19 years old) (professional practice, internship, social work)
If you are a student looking to accumulate hours of social work or want to collaborate in specific events and activities, join to contribute to the Foundation's projects and programs.
Specific requirements for high school students are as follows:

University students
Training and Specific Participation Volunteering (18 years)

Professional volunteering
It is an opportunity for people with skills and experience in administrative areas to contribute to FAECI's mission. Professional volunteers can help with a variety of tasks.
The requirements for administrative management volunteering at FAECI are the following:

If you have skills and experience in specific areas, we invite you to contribute to FAECI's mission from anywhere in the world. Our International Vocational Volunteer program gives you the opportunity to make a significant difference in Colón, Panama. Vocational volunteers can participate in a variety of tasks, including:
1. Trainings: Help provide training to our volunteers on important topics such as personal development, conflict resolution and violence prevention.
2. Community Workshops: Collaborate in the organization and facilitation of workshops and activities in the community, promoting art, culture and fundamental values.
3. Direct Actions: Participate in direct projects that aim to promote social change and improve the quality of life in Colón.
4. Artistic Training: Share your knowledge and artistic skills with our beneficiaries, inspiring them through art.
5. Operational and Project Management: Contributes to the operational and project management of FAECI, supporting administrative and community coordination tasks.
6. Administration: Assists in key administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
7. Community Management and Social Dynamization: Work with the local community to promote social and cultural activities that strengthen community ties.

Our virtual volunteer program at FAECI gives you the opportunity to make a difference from anywhere in the world. We are looking for passionate and committed volunteers to join our team.
Some ways to help
At FAECI, we have created an innovative virtual volunteer program that allows you to contribute to our mission from anywhere in the world. We are looking for passionate volunteers in five key areas:
1. Administrative:
As an administrative volunteer, you will use your organizational skills to help us keep our internal processes in order. You will manage documents, schedule meetings, and assist in the planning and coordination of events and activities.
2. Artistic:
If you are an art professional, join as an arts volunteer to inspire and nurture creativity in our community. You can teach art skills, host workshops, or help with art projects that will empower our beneficiaries.
3. Operational Project Management:
If you have experience in project management, your help will be essential. You will collaborate in the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure that they are developed effectively and objectives are achieved.
4.Communication and Marketing:
Volunteers in this area will be responsible for disseminating our activities and projects. You will create attractive content, manage our social networks and work on communication strategies to reach more people.
